We are a small independent guide to snorkeling on Holbox. We don't run boats or take bookings: every trip on this site is booked with GetYourGuide, and questions about a booking, a refund or a changed time go to them through the booking confirmation.
When to Contact Us
Write to us if a price, a rating or a fact on this site is wrong, if an operator has changed what a tour includes, or if you took one of these trips and something happened that other travellers should know. We read every message and correct the page when you are right, with the date of the change.
We don't accept payment from operators for a place on this site, a better position in a table or a softer verdict. We usually reply within a few days, in English or Spanish, and we say what we changed and when.
